Member Service Coordinator (CONTRACT)

You are:

A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly with mail merge and data sorting. You are reliable, efficient in processing paperwork, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a keen eye for detail and can handle various administrative duties with precision.



This position pays:
 $25-$27/hr 

Location: Napa, CA 

What you will be doing:

· Prepare labels and ensure accuracy in documentation.

· Process shipments through FedEx.

· Print gift cards using mail merge between Excel and Word documents.

· Organize orders and ensure all paperwork is processed correctly.

· Upload tracking documentation and maintain accurate records.

· Process call tags, returns to sender (RTS), and handle lost/damage claims via FedEx and UPS.

· Organize and maintain the card room, ensuring all cards are up-to-date.

What you bring:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including experience with mail merge and data sorting.

· Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to collate and process paperwork.

· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Experience in handling shipping processes and claims with FedEx and UPS.

· Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
