Marketing Associate

You are a highly adaptable and outgoing candidate who has previous marketing experience. You’re comfortable commuting between two offices, you can get direct feedback, and you’re looking to join a fast-paced team!

This position pays:  $25-$30

Location: Santa Rosa, Ca

Driving Required: Must be willing to commute between Novato and Santa Rosa locations. Will reimburse for mileage.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct ongoing home visits with clients and their families
• Write and update Home Care Plans
• Perform Onsite Quality Assurance assessments
• Conduct client intakes and assessments
• Conduct client-specific caregiver training
• Build relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, facilities, doctor offices, etc.)
• Conduct upstream marketing and distribute AHC information to doctors of clients
• Purchase and distribute holiday gifts
• Attend monthly meetings and service as member
• Coordinate ad development, placement, and contracts
• Coordinate participation in events
• Handle and direct phone intakes
• Serve as point of contact for website change and updates
• Contribute to newsletter content
• Other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

What you bring:

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs., sit at a computer for extended periods, and drive for extended periods throughout the work week.
• Ability to climb stairs/enter into client’s homes and businesses easily.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Ability to move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity machinery (computer, copy machine, computer printer).
• Home Care industry experience preferred.
• Possess good common sense and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
