YOU ARE A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE 3PL INDUSTRY (Arizona)

What you will be doing!…

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
  • Utilize sales tools to identify and qualify prospects.

Building Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage sales pipelines from lead generation to closure.
  • Track and report on sales metrics using CRM systems.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Overcome objections and facilitate deal closure.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery processes.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven success in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics/Warehousing.

Compensation

  • Forgivable draw and commission package: $2,307/week ($110,000/year)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000-$200,000 (uncapped commission)
  • Outstanding benefits and retirement
