HR Assistant



You are a temporary HR Assistant that will provide additional support to our HR team. You will ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires and assist with various HR tasks. You need to be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proficient in using ATS, Google Workspace, and HR Management systems, preferably UKG.

This position pays: $28.00 -$32.00 per hour

Location: Richmond, CA



What you will be doing: 

  • Prepare and organize orientation materials for new hires.
  • Monitor and track incoming hire tasks, including paperwork, bios, TB and DOJ clearances, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Use Google Workspace to manage and organize documents, schedules, and communications.
  • Utilize HR Management systems, preferably UKG, to support HR processes and tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
  • Proficiency in using ATS Jazz Hr and HR Management systems; experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Available to work approximately 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 am to 3:00/3:30 pm.
