Marketing Project Manager, Planning and Reporting  (Remote – US, Prefers PST, MST)

18 month project

You are:

A highly organized and analytical Marketing Project Manager with a passion for metrics and reporting.

This position pays:

$75-$90/hr W2

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to track event success and customer experience.
  • Build and deploy surveys to capture event feedback and customer insights.
  • Compile and present data to program leads to inform future strategies.
  • Develop and distribute company-wide announcements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proofread and improve various documents related to events.
  • Create presentations that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful completion and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you bring:

  • 5-7 years of marketing, business, data science, or related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Qualtrics, and Tableau.
  • Experience with event-specific metrics.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Openness to learning new software and processes.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and initiative-taking personality.
  • Humble demeanor with a growth mindset.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Atlassian tools.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing.
  • Experience with survey platforms.
