Part Time Office Manager

Contract – 10 hours per week

San Francisco, CA


You are a highly organized individual who can help to ensure the smooth operation of our office space and support the overall efficiency of our team. Seeking approximately 10 hours a week of work. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating a positive work environment, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing tech company. 


This position pays: $30 per hour


What you will be doing:


Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Coordinate with building management for facility-related matters, including office maintenance, repairs, and security.


Vendor Relations

  • Manage relationships with office vendors, including cleaning services, supplies providers, and equipment maintenance contractors.


Event Planning

  • Coordinate logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements to ensure successful events.


Administrative Support

  • Provide basic AV support to executives and teams as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and information.


Budget Management

  • Assist in budget planning and management for office-related expenses.
  • Monitor expenditures and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

 


What you bring:

 

  • Experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving tech environment.
