Demand Generation Strategist #1011

This position pays: $62-$72/hr W2



6 Months & Remote



What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to increase demand for Enterprise and Cross-Sell motions.
  • Manage audience segmentation for targeted messaging and campaign optimization.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, web, advertising, etc.).
  • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for Atlassian’s largest customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report results to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (SFDC + Marketo preferred) to streamline demand generation processes.


What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Proven experience implementing successful enterprise-level marketing programs.
  • Understanding of high-touch sales motions and lead generation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (SFDC + Marketo a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
