Job Title: Payroll Supervisor

Location: Napa

Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annually

Job Summary: 


A local client of ours in the Agricultural Industry is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join their team. This role is responsible for managing employee records and overseeing the payroll process for the organization. This is a full-time role in the office daily.


Job Title Responsibilities: 

  • Update employee records including changes in exemption such as child support, benefit changes, etc…. as needed.
  • Process hourly rate, salary, commission, bonus, or any other compensation changes.
  • Respond to all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Process and distribute all W-2’s prior to January 31st deadline.
  • Work with Human Resources to process termination/resignation checks.
  • Oversee payroll process and ensure data is accurate prior to processing payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports.
  • Resolve any discrepancies relating to payroll.

Job Title Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance a plus
  • Knowledge of AgCode or Deltek software a plus
  • Experience in similar role preferred.
