Project Manager (Construction & Architectural Background)

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager with a unique blend of construction and architectural expertise. You will leverage your knowledge of both disciplines to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position pays: $65 – $70

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and refine project plans and specifications.
  • Translate architectural designs into clear and concise construction documents.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Secure permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Oversee the bidding process, evaluate contractor proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for the project team.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience working within the architectural design process.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
