Administrative Assistant



You are an administrative assistant who performs a variety of clerical duties.



This position pays: $25.00 -$28.00 per hour.



Contract for 5 months with possibility to be hired as a permanent employee.



Location: Rutherford, CA

What you will be doing:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintains files, keeping and posting records, proof reading, completing forms and checking for accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and executives, as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Basic understanding of accounting is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
