Revenue Cycle Management Billing Supervisor (CONTRACT-TO-HIRE)

You are a highly professional, reliable, and detail oriented Billing Professional with managerial experience and a strong knowledge of Medi-Cal. 


This position pays: $35 to $40 an hour depending on experience. 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage all aspects of daily medical billing & revenue cycle management operations and staff
  • Performing billing, collections and necessary adjustments 
  • Ensure accurate processing & reimbursement of claims 
  • Staying up to date on CPT4, HCPCS, and ICD-10 diagnosis codes
  • Oversee revenue cycle billing systems 

  • Oversee EDI and manual billing processes

  • month-end close reporting as relates to billing and accounts receivable 

  • Ad hoc work as needed 

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of third party medical billing & coding
  • Experience managing staff 
  • Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal 
  • Experience with EPIC system
  • Excellent communications skills — written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
  • Highly reliable and timely
