We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and to support various departments. This role is ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. 


Compensation: $22.00/HR  




  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through outbound/inbound chats, calls, and emails within the collections, credit, and customer relations departments

  • Provide solutions and information about the products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounts, product issues, and concerns

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

  • Manage high-volume calls in a friendly manner 


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Self-starter

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with internal CRM software or similar tools.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
