Pega Developer (Junior/Mid level role)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and talented Junior/Mid level Pega Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Pega applications. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience working with a leading BPM platform and contribute to projects that enhance business processes and customer experiences.



You are:

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

  • Eager to learn and passionate about building innovative software solutions.

  • A strong problem-solver with an analytical mind.



This position pays:

$60-65/hr W2



What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements for Pega BPM applications.

  • Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC, integrating them with external systems.

  • Assist with solution architecture within the Pega platform.

  • Develop class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

  • Work with the project team to ensure the business architecture aligns with customer needs.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, identify and fix bugs, and address system bottlenecks.

  • Conduct system performance testing to optimize application functionality.

  • Contribute to maintaining the security of all system applications.



What you bring:

  • Basic understanding of Pega Platform concepts (familiarity with Pega 7.x., 8.x, or 23.X a plus).

  • Programming experience with Java, XML, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
