Summary: The Senior People Operations Manager oversees daily HR functions, reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities include Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Compliance, Safety, and Worker’s Compensation. Acting as the primary HR contact, they cater to all employee needs, including Spanish-speaking individuals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate group benefits programs and manage daily processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure EEOC compliance.
  • Manage worker’s compensation claims and leave programs.
  • Assist in additional duties assigned by senior management.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Safety Committee and assist in recruitment.
  • Coordinate with payroll and maintain HRIS data integrity.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including fluency in Spanish.
