Nelson Connects is immediately hiring an experienced, talented, and professional Member Service Coordinator for a growing organization located in Santa Rosa, CA.

For this position, we are looking for an individual who demonstrates professional exemplary Administrative Assistant III skills, and an elevated level of analytical and technical talent to support C Level staff and members of over 3500 professionals.  This individual is multitasked and a highly meticulous professional, who can navigate sensitive situations with good judgment and diplomacy.

Compensation Range hour: $26.00-$26.00


Overall, your role would be to provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Members and internal staff in their day-to-day activities and overall management assistance of the organization.


  • Must have a minimum of over 4 years of experience in supporting C-level staff and professionals
  • Must have experience in efficiently managing members’ accounts, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, board of directors, committee, and members
  • Organizing training classes, assisting with logistics, arranging planning, and preparing agendas.
  • Take accurate minutes-type up minutes and reports, compile business correspondence via email.
  • Maintain confidential records, contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the liaison between the CEO/internal staff, and vendors, and build positive relationships.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Maintaining a prominent level of confidentiality and exercising discretion is crucial in this role.
  • Providing general administrative support, answering phone calls, and if needed coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Organize companies’ events or coordinate CEO’s participation or speaking engagements.
  • Adaptable with strong organizational skills, high diligence; efficiently juggling multiple projects.
  • Advanced in MS Suite, master internal database on Microsoft Dynamics, tech-savvy, Type 60 WPM
  • MON – FRI 8:00 am- 5:00 pm- on-site – No hybrid or remote opportunity available.
  • Must pass a Pre-employment background check
