We are partnering with a leading accounting and advisory firm to identify a Quality Control Manager/Senior Manager to join the organization. This top 50 firm is dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals with innovative financial solutions across a variety of industries.

Job Summary:

The Quality Control (QC) Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the firm’s quality control system, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement elements of the Firm’s quality control system.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards and rules.
  • Monitor compliance, including independence, with professional standards and rules.
  • Provide training and guidance on implementing new auditing standards.
  • Coordinate external reviews by regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct internal inspections and pre- and post-issuance reviews.
  • Offer consultations on engagement performance and independence.
  • Collaborate with learning and development groups to direct content based on inspection gaps and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • CPA required.
  • Experience with the PCAOB, AICPA, and/or SEC strongly preferred.
